1 Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Shopsbiz, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. We provide reliable shipping services for domestic and international customers.

2 Order Status & Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Local Deliveries

• Standard Courier: Free delivery – 5 working days
• Express Courier: ₹ chargeable – 3 working days

In case nobody is available to receive the order, re-delivery charges may apply.

International Deliveries

Delivery timelines depend on our logistics partners. You can track your shipment anytime using the tracking link provided in your email.

3 Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes or tariffs as per their country’s laws.
