Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Shopsbiz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the conditions mentioned below.
1 Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in original packaging with tags intact.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
- Footwear must not show any signs of wear or scuff marks.
- Original invoice must be provided.
- Products must be purchased from www.shopsbiz.com.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret that we will not be able to process your return or exchange.
2 Validity for Returns & Exchanges
Requests for returns or exchanges must be raised within:
- 10 days from delivery date for domestic orders.
- 20 days from delivery date for international orders.
All return and exchange requests must be submitted online through our support email.
3 Exchange Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange based on product availability.
- If the exchanged product is of higher value, the difference must be paid.
- If the exchanged product is of lower value, no refund will be issued.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4 Returns & Refunds
All approved returns will be refunded in the form of:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (as applicable).
Refund processing may take up to 5–7 working days after product inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or wrongly shipped.
5 Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
In such cases, Shopsbiz will bear the return shipping cost and arrange for replacement or refund.
6 Other Terms
- Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse repeated return requests.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.
- All decisions by Shopsbiz regarding returns are final.
7 Repair Policy
We offer repair support for select products. For repair assistance, please contact our customer support team.
